The site includes a search tool as well as a live feed that presents all the recently added tasks so users can take a look at what the Jume community is doing. Users can also participate in someone else’s task or help them get things done. The site allows users to see popular tasks, new tasks and the tasks added by those on their friends list. Jume gives users another way to connect and accomplish something alone or as a group. The site operates on the idea that people are more likely to get something done faster if they have a bit of peer pressure urging them along. The Jume website users a pleasant green color scheme against a primarily white background. Although the site design keeps things relatively simple, this is a great thing. The layout is nice and neat, with plenty of open space to pull the user’s eye to the right places. Navigation is simple, highlighted by three easy to find buttons positioned at the top, center of the homepage.

How does the registration process work?

Visitor who want to become Jume members are given two options when creating an account. A button for each option can be found at the top, right hand corner of the homepage. The first is through Facebook (accessible using the blue Facebook logo button). The second is through a Google account (accessible using the colorful Google logo button to the right of the Facebook button). Clicking either option will cause a new browser to open up and ask for the user’s login details.

Jume is fueled by user activity, and having more users means more activity and more opportunities.
